Overview

India in Motion can provide you with all the photographs and videos you want to publicise your hotel and the services you offer your guests.

We specialise in creating branded time-lapse videos which can be used to show off the architecture of your property and the beautiful landscapes that surround them. Our aim is to show your location and facilities at their very best. We are happy to work with your marketing department to take inputs on the kind of atmosphere you want to communicate in the videos.

We can also create short explainer type marketing videos which would combine time-lapse imagery, with walk-through and live motion videos to perfectly encapsulate all that your hotel/resort has to offer to your guests.

Travel and adventure videos are our speciality. We can also help you create videos of the various sight-seeing spots and activities that your guests can perform while staying at your property.

FAQ

Who are you?

India in Motion is run by Saravana Kumar, a passionate traveler and photographer who is enamoured with time-lapse videos as a medium to share his travels and stories with the world. You can find out more about him on his personal blog Tribeless.in. Saravana is also the creator of kettik.com a upcoming travel portal which helps people find inspiring travel experiences by letting season travellers handpick the experiences that are made available on the portal.

How much experience do you have?

We first discovered the beauty and story telling potential of time-lapse videos back in 2013. Since then we have been constantly traveling around India making time-lapse videos. We may be short on experience but the quality of our work speaks for itself and has already attracted high profile clients like Wildcraft and Royal Enfield.

What equipment do you use?

We use specialised time-lapse 3-axis (pan, tilt and slide) motion control time-lapse equipment from eMotimo. For walk-through and motion videos we use the Came H4 steadicam. The individual time-lapse photos and videos are shot with Canon full-frame DSLRs and a set of Zeiss prime lenses.

Do you offer refunds?

The 50% advance payment will be fully refunded if either party decides to cancel the shoot 24hrs before the start of the shoot. There would be a 30% deduction for any cancellations within 24hrs of the shoot and there would be no refunds of the advance amount once the shoot begins. You have the option of withholding the remaining 50% payment if you are not satisfied with our work, however you will not then be receiving any high quality video files from us.

Where are you based?

We are based in Chennai during the winters and in Manali during the rest of the year. However our base constantly shifts since we enjoy traveling and shooting our time-lapse videos all around India.
